At Restaurant Bühlmann, you can experience two different gastronomic experiences: Gastronomy 10 andGastronomy 6. Our talented head chef, Alexander Johnsen, and the rest of the team take you on a gastronomic journey that you won’t soon forget.

We view food through the seasons, handpicking the best ingredients to create unforgettable sensory experiences. In our own kitchen garden and greenhouse, we grow and harvest seasonal vegetables, fruits, and berries, carefully selecting other ingredients from both local suppliers and the best international wholesalers.

We consider what food is in season, and we hand-pick the best ingredients to create unforgettable sensory experiences. We grow and harvest seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries in our own kitchen garden and greenhouse, just as we carefully select other ingredients from both local suppliers and the best international wholesalers.

BÜHLMANNS RÈCIT

Bühlmann’s Récit takes you on a journey of classic and simple dishes, starting with the sea, going up through the fields, into the woods and finally ending up at home in the manor house in our cosy living room. We present the nuances of the season, the freshness, the concentrated flavours – in short, everything we like best from what is growing outside, right now.

The menu consists of 18 gastronomic courses with an accompanying wine list. You will only be introduced to the menu on the evening it is served, as the food narrative should be a surprise. If you want to end the dining experience with a wonderful overnight stay at our charming manor house, you can book Bühlmanns Récit as a stay.

Bühlmanns Récit costs DKK 3,000,- per person. You must book the experience by 12 noon the day before, and you can book Thursday-Friday. Special diets and allergies are not taken into account in this menu.

Bühlmann’s Gastronomy must be ordered for the entire table and no later than 5 pm on the day, and can be booked Monday-Saturday.

  • Gastronomy 6 including wine menu: DKK 1,125 per person
  • Gastronomy 6 excluding wine menu: DKK 595 per person

Gastronomy 10

Bühlmann’s Gastronomy 10 must be ordered for the entire table and no later than 5 pm on the day, and can be booked Wednesday-Saturday. Special diets and allergies are not taken into account in this menu.

  • Gastronomy 10 including wine menu: DKK 2,000 per person
  • Gastronomy 10 including upgraded wine menu: DKK 2,295 per person

Matched to the dishes

When you order a gastronomic experience at Restaurant Bühlmann, you will be able to buy selected wines and non-alcoholic drinks – both of which have been carefully matched to the different dishes in the gastronomic experience. The non-alcoholic menu includes iced tea and juices from our very own homemade recipe.
