Bühlmann’s Récit takes you on a journey of classic and simple dishes that start by the sea, go up through the fields, into the forest and finally end up at home on the manor in our cosy living room. We present the nuances of the season, the freshness,the concentrated flavours – in short, everything we like best, from what grows outside, right now.

With Bühlmann’s Récit, we want to give you an all-night experience you will never forget. Depending on the season, your evening starts with snacks and aperitifs in either the greenhouse, lounge or our well-stocked wine cellar.

The other courses are experienced in Restaurant Bühlmann’s newly renovated gourmet section beautifully located just above the manor park, the greenhouse and the kitchen garden. All courses from sea to manor house begin with a personal introduction – carefully tailored to the day’s menu and your wishes just as selected dishes are prepared at the table.
