Gastronomy at Bühlmann

At Restaurant Bühlmann you can enjoy three different gastronomic experiences: Bühlmann’s Récit, Gastronomy 10 and Gastronomy 6.
Our talented chef, Christian Nurup, and the rest of the team will take you on an unforgettable gastronomic journey. At Restaurant Bühlmann our focus is on handpicked seasonal ingredients to create gastronomic sensory experiences. In our own kitchen garden and greenhouse, we grow and harvest seasonal vegetables, fruits and berries, just as we carefully select other ingredients from both local suppliers and the best international wholesalers.
Bühlmann’s Récit takes you on a journey of classic and simple servings, starting at the sea, going up through the fields, into the woods and finally ending up at home on the manor in our cozy living room. We present the nuances of the season, the freshness, and the concentrated flavors. The menu consists of 18 gastronomic servings with accompanying wine menu.
You will not be introduced to Bühlmann’s Récit until the serving evening, as the menu is meant to be a surprise. If you want to end the dining experience with a wonderful stay at our charming manor house, you can book Bühlmanns Récit as a stay.
Bühlmann’s Récit costs 2,500 DKR. per person and served from Thursday – Saturday. The experience must be ordered no later than noon the day before.

Bühlmann’s Gastronomy 10 costs 1,400 DKR per person including wine menu / 900 DKR per person without wine menu. The experience must be ordered by the entire table and no later than 17:00.

Bühlmann’s Gastronomy 6 costs 795 DKR per person including wine menu / 450 DKR per person without wine menu. The experience must be ordered by the entire table and no later than 17:00.
Scheelsminde’s wine cellar is maintained by our restaurant manager and sommelier Jakob Neve who buys wines from all over the world, so we can represent a small selection from many of the wine producing countries.
We are especially pleased with our selection of red Burgundy and Bordeaux wines as well as our unique collection of DRC wines. The wine card is constantly being renewed so wines from every country are represented – so there is something for every taste. We hope you enjoy the journey through our wine card.
