At Restaurant Bühlmann, we hand-pick and use the best seasonal ingredients to create create sensory gastronomic experiences. Both our Swiss roots and the history of the manor are sources of inspiration when we create new and improved dining experiences.
Restaurant Bühlmann is the setting for the perfect evening, with a beautiful location just above the manor park, where many of the menu’s ingredients are grown and harvested. We also like to make the park, the greenhouse, the terrace, the wine cellar and the house’s many nooks and crannies a part of your overall sensory experience.

A good cup of coffee is pure joy – and that’s what we want to give our guests when they come to Coffee at Bühlmanns. You will find the coffee space in the lounge area, where you can choose between four different coffee beans. They all have three things in common: they are rich in quality, flavourful and sustainable.
Among other things, you can look forward to savouring a variety of coffee beans from the popular Peter Larsen Coffee, our coffee supplier for all hotels in the Bühlmann Family.

FAST CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT
Easy and fast
When you book an overnight stay at Scheelsminde, there is always fast check-in/check-out included in your stay. This is a digital key system, which allows you to check in without contacting the reception.
On the day of arrival, you will receive a personal key code via SMS, which you need to enter on the door lock to your room. On the day of departure, you will receive a new SMS with a link that you can use to check out – once you have approved any payment, you check out online and are ready to depart. If you need assistance or prefer to check in using the traditional method, you are always welcome to approach the reception.
