Restaurant Bühlmann is the setting for the perfect gourmet evening in Aalborg, with a beautiful location elevated above the manor park, where many of the menu’s ingredients are grown and harvested. We also like to make the park, the greenhouse, the terrace, the wine cellar and the house’s many nooks and crannies a part of your overall sensory experience. In this way, we let the area, the North Jutland nature, and the historical atmosphere play into the narrative we want to create through our culinary creations.

We like to hold the caviar tasting in one of our cozy nooks – for example down in our old and cozy wine cellar, which is located on the hotel’s lower floor.
