At Scheelsminde, we host fantastic events all year round. The focus is usually on gastronomy, as it is the heart and soul of this manor house.

St. Martin's Eve
Date: Tuesday, November 10
Treat yourself to a classic St. Martin’s Eve celebration at the manor house. An evening steeped in tradition, featuring exquisite dishes and a festive atmosphere in historic surroundings—perfect for both couples and families.
Tradition with flavor.
The menu features:
Appetizer
Cold-smoked salmon, garnished with tender salad leaves tossed in a vinaigrette made with organic lemons, smoked cheese cream, bergamot, and cold mussel sauce with dill.
Served with freshly baked pot bread and Arla Unika organic butter with Læsø salt.
Main Course
Organic duck from Gothenburg, served with boiled and browned “Petit Lammefjord” potatoes from Strandlyst, homemade potato chips, prune compote, and poached apples with Malus Danica jelly from Cold Hand Winery. Served with a rich duck sauce.
Dessert
Plums baked with organic vanilla from Mette Ravn, topped with a crumble made from organic oats and browned butter. Served with apple brandy foam and plum sorbet.

Christmas Party at Scheelsminde
On two different dates, we’ll be hosting a Christmas party at the restaurant, where everyone is welcome to enjoy the festive Christmas atmosphere.
On Saturday, November 21, and Saturday, December 12, you can make a reservation at the restaurant, where an exquisite Christmas lunch buffet will be served.
The price per person is 990,-
Arrival at 6:00 p.m., when welcome drinks will be served, followed by a Christmas dinner.
There will be free beer, water, and wine all evening.
The DJ is playing music for dancing.
You can also purchase an all-you-can-drink package for 350 per person, available from 10:00 p.m. to 1:00 a.m.
Coffee and homemade Christmas cookies are available for purchase for 85 per person, and Scheelsminde’s gourmet hot dogs for a late-night snack for 125 per person.
