We help you with everything you need
Start the big day with a romantic ceremony in the park. Our manor park provides the perfect setting for the ceremony, wedding reception, and photography. While you capture the day’s special moments, we serve canapés, along with wine, beer, and water for all your guests.
Afterwards, bottles of sparkling wine are opened with a saber and enjoyed alongside a unique wedding cake, which you can design in collaboration with our skilled partners who are happy to accommodate your specific wishes.
After the reception, you will be escorted to the table, where we serve an exclusive three-course meal with a perfectly paired wine selection. The menu is carefully chosen in collaboration with our talented chefs, who will guide you in selecting the perfect menu for your celebration. The menu will be finalized during a tasting session, where our sommelier, together with you, will carefully select a corresponding wine menu as well as a non-alcoholic juice menu.
After dinner, we serve coffee from our own coffee farm in Guatemala, tea, house liqueurs, along with freshly baked marzipan cake and chocolates. Before midnight, you’ll dance the bridal waltz, and the bar opens, offering delicious cocktails. You can choose whether the bar stays open until 1:30 or 3:00.

Our wedding package is named after our founder, Aloisia Bühlmann, who came to Scheelsminde from Switzerland in 1960 to manage the estate alongside her husband, Hugo.
Aloisia’s life goal was to create lifelong memories, and her ability to beautify and her eye for detail are still very much felt today when weddings are celebrated at the manor.
The Aloisia Wedding Celebration includes:
- Three Bühlmann snacks, along with wine, beer, and water
- Champagne sabering
- Wedding cake
- 3-course menu
- Wine pairing or non-alcoholic menu during dinner – curated by our Sommelier
- Coffee from our own coffee farm, along with Bühlmann Sweets
- Staffed cocktail bar (from after coffee until 1:30 AM or 3:00 AM)
