At Scheelsminde, we offer modern meeting and conference facilities that cater to all needs—from small groups up to 100 people. We have a full range of audiovisual equipment.
We offer five different meeting rooms, each with its own distinctive character, as well as a cosy lobby area where you have the option to hold small informal meetings Below you can find the exact room that fits your needs perfectly.

The Four Seasons
Up to 100 people
“The Four Seasons” is our large conference room, which can accommodate 100 people. It measures 100 m2, making it our largest conference and meeting room. The room enjoys wonderful natural light from the manor park, which borders it.

large atrium
Up to 40 people
The large atrium is our second largest meeting room with room for 40 people. The room measures 55 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the hotel overlooking the manor park and with direct access to the terrace.
Right outside the meeting room is our coffee bar, where you can enjoy high-quality coffee and snacks.
the forest
Up to 14 people
“The Forest” is a meeting room that seats 14 people. The room measures 25 m2 and offers a beautiful view of our manor park. The meeting room is furnished with a sofa area and a business area, as well as a large screen for hosting Teams meetings. The room is perfect for a board meeting or similar event.
The Fireplace Room
Up to 18 people
Pejse is a lovely, cozy meeting room that seats up to 18 people. The room measures 34 m² and is located on the hotel’s lower level; it features a large screen that can be used for Teams meetings. You’ll have easy access to our beautiful manor park, where you can enjoy some fresh air during breaks.
Right outside the meeting room is our coffee area, where you can help yourselves to high-quality coffee and snacks throughout the day.

The Small Atrium features large panoramic windows overlooking our beautiful park. The Small Atrium measures 25 m2 and is located on the hotel’s lower level. The large windows let in plenty of natural light, and our manor park is right outside the room.
The Park
The Manor House's Green Oasis
If you need a break during the day, you’re always welcome to take a breath of fresh air in our beautiful manor park. Enjoy the view of the park from the restaurant’s balcony or take advantage of the direct access from the Large or Small Atrium. The park also serves as the venue for some of our select team-building activities, which can be booked as part of your meeting or conference package.
