Small meetings and large conferences
At Scheelsminde, we offer modern meeting and conference facilities that cater to all needs – from small groups up to 70 people. We have everything in av-equipment.
We offer five different meeting rooms, each with its own distinctive character, as well as a cosy lobby area where you have the option to hold small informal meetings Below you can find the exact room that fits your needs perfectly.

the auditorium
Up to 70 people
The auditorium is our state-of-the-art conference room with space for 80 people. The auditorium measures 100 m2 and is thus our largest conference and meeting room. The room gets a beautiful light from the manor park, which borders the auditorium.

large atrium
Up to 40 people
The large atrium is our second largest meeting room with room for 40 people. The room measures 55 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the hotel overlooking the manor park and with direct access to the terrace.
Depending on what you prefer, we can prepare e.g. a breakfast buffet or homemade cake and coffee just outside the meeting room.
the forest
Up to 14 people
The forest is our most luxurious meeting room with room for 14 people. The room measures 25 m2, and has a beautiful view of our manor park. Mødelokalet er indrettet med sofa- og businessområde og selvfølgelig den nyeste teknik. The room is perfect for a board meeting or similar.
the conservatory
Up to 30 people
The conservatory is a nice bright meeting room with room for up to 30 people. The room measures 34 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the hotel. You have close access to our beautiful manor park, great for some fresh air during the breaks.
Depending on what you prefer, we can prepare e.g. a breakfast buffet or homemade cake and coffee just outside the meeting room.
small atrium
Up to 18 people
Our small atrium has large panoramic windows next to our beautiful park. The small atrium measures 25 m2 and is located on the ground floor of the hotel. The large windows provide a nice light to the room, and just outside the room is our manor park, ideal for some fresh air during the breaks.
