When you hold a meeting or conference at our manor house, you can choose between different packages depending on what time of day you want to hold your meeting. Below is a summary of the meeting packages that we typically hold. Both meeting time and catering can of course be adjusted according to your wishes and needs.
All of our meetings and conferences start with a warm welcome from our conference host, Louise, who will guide you through today’s agenda and ensure that the AV equipment is set up, so you can quickly get started.

No matter which meeting package you choose, you are always guaranteed modern facilities and catering in a class of its own. Depending on when you want to hold the meeting, we will pamper you with our popular breakfast buffet or delicious dishes from Restaurant Bühlmann.
We make sure that your meeting room is constantly refreshed and provided with exclusive Bühlmann coffee, tea and ice water. When you need a break during the day, we provide you with wonderful refreshments.

HALF-DAY MEETING
Typically 8.30 to 13
Delicious breakfast buffet with homemade, local and organic ingredients
Meeting room from 8.30 to 13.00 with coffee, ice water and refreshments
AV-equipment as well as paper and writing tools for all participants
Delicious lunch from Restaurant Bühlmann incl. ice water. Soft drinks available to purchase separately.
Day meeting
Typically 8.30 to 16
Delicious breakfast buffet with homemade, local and organic ingredients
Meeting room from 8.30 to 16.00 with coffee, ice water and refreshments
AV-equipment as well as paper and writing tools for all participants
Delicious lunch from Restaurant Bühlmann incl. ice water. Soft drinks available to purchase separately.
Homemade cake made from the best seasonal ingredients.
all-day meeting
Typically 8.30 to 21
Delicious breakfast buffet with homemade, local and organic ingredients
Meeting room from 8.30 to 18 with coffee and ice water with/or without sparkling wine
AV-equipment as well as paper and writing tools for all participants
Delicious lunch from Restaurant Bühlmann incl. ice water. Soft drinks available to purchase separately.
Homemade cake made from the best seasonal ingredients.
2-course dinner from Restaurant Bühlmann with the option to upgrade.

A manor style
After a long meeting day, it is of course possible to end the day with a wonderful overnight stay at our charming manor house. We offer a wide range of facilities so you can end the day in style. Relax in our pool and jacuzzi area, or grab a cool drink in our newly renovated bar and lounge area.
